At Shunya, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.

  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@shunya.store with:

    • Order ID

    • Photos or video of the issue

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method.

  • If paid via COD, we will issue a refund to your UPI/bank account.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will cover shipping.

  • If the return doesn’t meet our policy, we may deduct shipping charges from the refund or decline it.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account or UPI app again

  • Contact your payment provider
