At Shunya, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with a product, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item was damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
2. How to Request a Return

Email us at support@shunya.store with:

Order ID

Photos or video of the issue

Reason for return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.

If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back.
3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the product is received and inspected.

Refund will be made to the original payment method.

If paid via COD, we will issue a refund to your UPI/bank account.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will cover shipping.

If the return doesn’t meet our policy, we may deduct shipping charges from the refund or decline it.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
